3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on pepsi888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. pepsi888 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process.
3. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of pepsi888, or an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering for an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. pepsi888 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any Bonus Funds claimed across such accounts will be forfeited.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal request, pepsi888 will require Players to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)

5. Terms of Use

By using the pepsi888 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that you will not:

• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated exploitation of the Platform's odds or promotions.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Post, transmit, or share any content on the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical or access-control measures implemented by pepsi888.

pepsi888 monitors Platform usage and reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms of Use. Confirmed violations may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Currencies

The pepsi888 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6.2 Deposits

pepsi888 accepts deposits via the following Supported Payment Methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC).

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30 for fiat payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Deposit section of your Account dashboard. pepsi888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pepsi888's compliance team. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. pepsi888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and may take 15–60 minutes.

pepsi888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing fees may apply to express withdrawal requests as disclosed at the time of request.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. pepsi888 reserves the right to freeze, investigate, and report any transaction that raises a suspicion of money laundering or financial crime to the relevant authorities. Players must not use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by pepsi888 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the promotion's individual description, as well as the general provisions of this Section 7. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Wagering Requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount received. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 10x wagering requirement requires RM1,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Current welcome bonus wagering requirements are as follows:

• 288% Magnificent Bonus — Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount. Maximum bonus: MYR 2,880. Minimum deposit: RM50.
• 100% Standard Bonus — Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount. Maximum bonus: MYR 300. Minimum deposit: RM50.
• 188% Esports Bonus — Wagering requirement: 18x the bonus amount. Maximum bonus: MYR 888. Minimum deposit: RM50.
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus — Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount. Maximum bonus: MYR 688. Minimum deposit: equivalent of MYR 30 in cryptocurrency.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account, or who create multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will be considered to have breached these Terms. pepsi888 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, reverse bonus credits, and close accounts where promotional abuse is detected.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to the Account. Unwagered Bonus Funds that have expired will be removed from the Account Balance automatically.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules applicable to individual game types and betting markets are published within each game interface and the sports betting section of the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or game outcomes and the correct technical result, pepsi888 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the correct outcome.

pepsi888 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits, decline or reverse bets suspected of being placed in bad faith, and void bets placed on markets where an error in odds or market suspension has occurred.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pepsi888 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false age or identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing Account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using software, tools, or strategies that exploit system errors, game bugs, or pricing errors to generate guaranteed profits.

10. Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of pepsi888.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pepsi888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside pepsi888's reasonable control.

pepsi888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pepsi888 does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by pepsi888

pepsi888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of applicable law. During an investigation, pepsi888 may freeze the Account Balance pending the outcome of its review.

13.2 Closure by the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting pepsi888 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no active bonus wagering requirements are pending. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. pepsi888 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to RM10 to inactive accounts until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pepsi888 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a notice prominently displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pepsi888 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit pepsi888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
